lego batman 2, yes, a lego game, yes, from the franchise known to be literally the same game again and again in a different font, but please, hear me out. lego batman 2 was the first game to have voice acting, and while this is a downside compared to the physical comedy of previous entries the game makes up for having iconic moments that remind the player of a true batman cartoon. am i biased to recommend this game because it was one of the first games i beat and i can quote it like some can quote the bee movie script by heart? yes. do i care? no. not really. the gameplay is simliar to the previous game but halfway through they introduce the justice league, opening up more options for EnGagIng PuZZles. you see i spelt it weirdly because thats not really important, the important part is this game is fun, with a friend its even funner, so you should DM your australian friend and use steam remote play to play a fun game with them while they ask when can they see their family again (after you pay me back for the broken vase.) if you ever see the trilogy on sale go pick it up, i'd suggest saving the first or second game for last though because while 3 is a better game its story is lack luster and the overworld content is, eh.
